You hereby accept & undertake that you will not do any activity related to confidentialty , non-solicitation, defamatory statements against RewardTiger & you will be held responsible if any consequences occur due to you.
RewardTiger reserves the right to take legal action against anyone using derogatory ,damaging or any other type of objectionable content posted /published publicly against the company, & claim the damages as per section 499 of Indian Penal Code
**Reward Points & Redemption**
1. Users may redeem Reward Points only upon reaching a minimum Website Account Balance of 1,000 Reward Points.
2. **1 Reward Point = INR 1**. Upon reaching 1,000 Reward Points, the User will be eligible to receive an online Amazon Gift Voucher/Gift Card worth INR 1,000.
3. No redemption of Gift Vouchers shall be permitted unless and until the User’s Website Account Balance reaches **1,000 Reward Points**.
Client Rights & User Access
1. Clients commissioning Survey Projects retain the right to block User access to surveys at any time, without prior notice.
2. RewardTiger is obligated to comply with such Client requests.
3. Users acknowledge and agree that RewardTiger shall not be held legally responsible in cases where their account access is blocked due to low respondent quality or suspected fraudulent activity.
